| I'm not trying to stir up any shit, but those were the good old days w/ Ryan. Scars is one of those cds that I never get sick of. I've been listening to it since I was 12 and I'm almost 18 now. I don't think I listen to any of the same music I did from 5 years ago beside Soil. Sick shit.. I miss old soil!! |

Yeah i think so to old soil is the best Ryan McCombs is better vocal for this band all old songs are great but now in new album :X  true self sux gyes really sux  why don't you return the previous singer Ryan McCombs because he is better than aj

Admittedly I do love Scars that little bit more than True Self, but then that's only to be expected really considering how long I've been listening to Scars (got it around my 13th birthday IIRC and I'll be 20 soon) and all the shit it helped get me through.
Gotta disagree with you guys about the rest of what you've said though, True Self kicks ass and AJ is great, especially live. My opinion was along the same lines as yours until I saw new SOiL live and they totally blew me away.

i've just seen this thread and all i can say is LOL
True Self is a great album as is Scars but you've just got to accept the fact that Ryan's in Drowning Pool and AJ is the singer of SOiL
both are great singers and both have made great albums with this band
move on kiddos |

| Speaking Of Scars Anyone Know Where I can Find The Bonus Song's From That Album ? I believe They Are Called : Road to Ruin , Hellow Again , Crucified & Im Pretty Sure there Was One Called Center. Anyone Can Help Me Out That Would Be Great. |
